COVID GUIDANCE

YOUR COMMITMENT

The hirer must read, fully understand and ensure they follow the Covid Secure guidance (see below).

During these different times, the hall’s capacity is reduced to 30 persons to ensure social distancing.  This will mean that the hall can only be hired as a whole and not a small hall/large hall for different groups.

Before and after every hire all contact points should be wiped down by the hirer using the available paper towels and sanitiser.

All hire enquiries are still through the booking secretary, Hazel Pike, and our email address.

Each request will be assessed on an individual basis.

OUR COMMITMENT

There will be a one way system through the main entrance as the way in to the building.

The new exit will be the Fire Exit Doors to the car park.

While in the building, there is a one way system marked out.

Hand gel stations are available at various locations in the hall and are all sign posted.

All contact with surfaces should be minimised and the doors should be propped open.

After every hire all contact points should be wiped down by the hirer using the available paper towels and sanitiser. The used hand towels must be disposed of in the new pedal bins found at various locations around the hall.
