OUR SPACES
Payhembury Village Hall was opened in 2008 and is a modern, spacious building with versatile spaces, making it an attractive venue for many different types of events. It can be hired in its entirety or there are 2 rooms (one main large room and one small room) which can be hired separately. The Hall benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with separate bar/serving area, parking for up to 20 cars, toilet facilities, and a foyer. In addition, there are tables and chairs, and a stage.

Notes
* Location of Hirer relates to the Hirer’s address.
Sessions are 8am – 1pm, 1pm – 6pm and 6pm -11pm.
The time period booked should include all set-up and tidy-up time.
The Hall is not available for hire before 6pm weekdays in school term time.
For exclusive use the ‘Whole Hall’ would need to be booked.
All hirers of the Hall have access to the kitchen facilities.
Hirers of the Hall need to arrange appropriate licences and assurances for their events.
Discounts to the above rates are available for Hirers who book 15 or more times a year. Please email info@payhemburyvillagehall.org.uk to discuss.
