OUR SPACES

Payhembury Village Hall is a modern and versatile space which makes it an attractive venue for many different types of events.  It can be hired in its entirety or there are 2 main rooms (one large, one small) which can be hired separately.  The Hall benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with separate bar/serving area, parking for 50 cars, toilet facilities and a foyer.  In addition, there are tables and chairs, a stage, a PA system,  and a ceiling canopy which is ideal for wedding receptions.

Notes

* Parishioner rates also apply for i) private hire by non-parishioner parents with children at Payhembury Primary School, ii) village clubs, societies and groups, and iii) village events in accordance with the Hall’s aims and objectives.

For exclusive use the ‘Whole Hall’ would need to be booked.

The Hall is not available for hire before 6pm weekdays in school term time.

All hirers of the Hall have access to the Kitchen facilities.

The time period booked should include all set-up and tidy-up time.

Sessions are 8-1, 1-6 and 6-11.

Hirers of the Hall need to arrange appropriate licences and assurances for their events.

Discounts are available for regular bookings (more than 15 per year).  Please see contact Hazel Pike.

The requirement for a cleaning surcharge will be confirmed at the time of booking.
